It all depends on where you are in the world!
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, that it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update. Have your tracking number to hand? You can track your order's status here.
Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: info@babybella.com.
We accept ALL major credit cards/debit cards payments
You can add your promo code to your order on the checkout page, right where you enter your payment information. If you're on a computer, you’ll see a panel on the right side of the screen with a field that says "Enter Gift Card or Discount Code." If you're on your phone, click "see order details” at the top of your screen and enter your code in the discount code field.
